Documents in Salesforce

Definition of Documents:

Documents are used to store Images,Files and Logos for PC to Sales force Server Internal or External Image view.

Navigation:

Tab panal of Top....>+ sign.....>Document.....>New Document.

Step1:..>Enter Document Name

Step2....>Integrate the file to Internal/External

Step3.....>Upload the File(From PC to store My Personal Documents Folder)

Step4.....>Save.

• 1. Enter details

• *Document Name
  *Document Unique Name
  Indicate Document is Internal
  Externally Available Image
  *Folder	My Personal Documents
  Description
  Keywords

• 2. Select the File

• Enter the path of the file or click browse to find the file.
  *File to upload
  Or:
  Create a reference link to the file. Enter a file location that others can access.
  Path/URL to reference

• 3. Click the "Save" button
• Click the Cancel button to cancel an in-progress upload
